• The #WinWithSpiceJetApp Contest (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”) is organized by SpiceJet Limited (the “Company”) and is open to all the citizens of India, except for the employees of SpiceJet, their immediate family members, Company’s affiliates and/ or those related to the agency(ies) involved in whatever manner in connection with this Contest.
• The contest is open for participation from 1900 hours on June 15, 2015 until 1859 hours on July 03, 2015, post which none of the entries shall be accepted and considered for participation.
• To enter the contest, participants are required to download the official SpiceJet’s mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “App”) from Google Playstore (http://bit.ly/SpiceJetApp) to post their reviews about the App on the App page on Google Playstore (http://bit.ly/SpiceJetApp).
• Each participant is permitted to make one (01) entry only. In case of a participant making more than one entry, only the entry received first shall be considered eligible.
• An entry shall not be counted as a valid entry if the steps mentioned above are not followed.
• A panel of SpiceJet officials shall pick the winners as follows:
- One (01) daily winner will win a one-way ticket (based upon the quality of the review)
- One (01) weekly will win a return couple ticket (based upon the quality of the review)
- First fifty (50) reviews will get a twenty percent (20%) discount on the Base Fare
- Next one hundred (100) reviews will get a ten percent (10%) discount on the Base Fare
- Next five hundred (500) reviews win priority check-in
• The winners will be announced daily (on the next day), starting from June 16, 2015 on SpiceJet’s official Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/FlySpiceJet). Winners need to check the Facebook page themselves for the winners’ announcements and contact SpiceJet within one (01) month on the e-mail ID that shall be shared along with the winners’ announcement. The winners shall then be further communicated the details of how to redeem their prizes.
• The free tickets shall be subject to availability at the time of booking and shall have to be booked at least thirty (30) days prior to the travel date. The travel period allowed for the tickets won under this Contest is between July 13, 2015 to September 30, 2015 (both dates inclusive).
• The winners of the free air tickets shall have to bear all the applicable taxes/ duties/ levies etc., applicable on the date of travel, and shall only be eligible to utilize the said air tickets to travel within India only.
• The prizes won under this Contest are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be clubbed with any other offer(s). The tickets won under this Contest, once booked, cannot be cancelled and/ or modified.
• SpiceJet’s decision in respect of all matters relating to this Contest shall be final and binding. SpiceJet reserves the right to use the data submitted by the participants without any further consideration to such person(s) and/ or irrespective of them winning or not winning the Contest.
• No communication and/ or claims regarding the status, winning criteria and/ or selection procedure of the entries shall be entertained.
• SpiceJet reserves the right to modify, alter, amend and/ or change any and/ or all of the terms and conditions, made applicable to this Contest, at any time without prior notice. SpiceJet also reserves the right to withdraw and/ or cancel the Contest at any time without prior notice.
• Any disputes arising out of this Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.
