2. To participate in the Contest, follow the instructions appearing on www.facebook.com/Specialkindia. By participating in this Contest, it is deemed that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions as well as the "Facebook Terms of Service" available on the Facebook page.
3. The Contest is valid from 30th May to 12th June 2015.
4. Only women who are permanent residents of India and have attained the age of 18 years, are eligible to participate in this Contest.
5. Kellogg India will contact the winners through Facebook message, notifications or e-mail. Names of winners will be announced on Special K India Facebook page.
6. In the event that Kellogg India does not receive any response from the winner within three working days of intimation to the winner, Kellogg India reserves the right to select other winner with second best picture.
7. Kellogg India reserves the right to select an alternative winner, in the event that Kellogg India has reasonable grounds to believe that a selected winner has contravened any of these Terms and Conditions. Kellogg India’s decision in this regard shall be final and binding and no further correspondence will be entertained.
8. The winner provides their irrevocable consent to Kellogg India to use the photographs, digital images, video recordings, audiotapes and the like for the purpose of creating advertising and promotional materials to be used in all forms of media including without limitation, analog, digital or interactive media including internet, CD/CD Rom/DVD, posters, banners, print media such as magazines, newspapers, danglers, hoardings, leaflets, etc., without any compensation whatsoever. The winner releases Kellogg India and its agents and assigns forever from any and all claims which arise out of or in connection with such use.
9. Kellogg India shall not be responsible for technical errors in telecommunications networks, Internet access or otherwise, preventing entry to the Contest.
10. The Prize under this Contest is non-cashable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or for anything of value.
11. Kellogg India reserves the rights to withdraw or alter the terms of this Contest without prior notice.
12. Kellogg does not guarantee and assumes no liability for the quality or merchantability of the Prize. Kellogg India Private Limited shall not entertain any complaints or queries in this regard.
13. The prize shown on the website is for illustration purposes only. Actual Prize may vary.
14. Purchase of Kellogg’s Special K is not a condition precedent to participate in this Contest.
15. Decision of Kellogg India management is final and binding. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
