Participate in "MY DAD MY HERO" Photo Contest and stand a chance to win a “Microsoft Lumia 640.”
Submit a photo of yourself with your father, or if you are a father, take a photo of yourself with your child with the words “MY DAD, MY HERO” contained in the photo itself, and stand a chance to win a “Microsoft Lumia 640.”
How to Enter:
· Submit a photo of yourself with your father, or if you are a father, take a photo of yourself with your child with the words “MY DAD, MYHERO” contained in the photo itself
· Submit
the photo with your details required in form at (Link), found on the
Convergys India Facebook page through our contest posting.
· Contest will run from 11th June to 29th June 2015 and is open to both Convergys employees & non-employees who reside in India only. Deadline for submission of entries is 11 PM on Thursday, 25th June.
· If you are a Convergys India employee participant, please comply with the Convergys social media guidelines.
Contest Guidelines:
· Each participant must like the Convergys India page on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/ConvergysIndia) take part in the contest.
· The photo submitted must be personally taken and owned by the contest participant.
· Only one entry per participant is allowed.
· Take
a creative photo that expresses your personal interpretation of the
theme “My Dad, My Hero.” The words “MY DAD, MYHERO” should be contained
in the photo itself. Here are some examples of ways you can apply the
words into the photo:
· Hint:
· Hold a piece of paper with “MY DAD MY HERO” written on it
· Use design software or applications to- incorporate the text into the photo
· Each
submission to the (link) will be reviewed by the Convergys India team
for eligibility and accuracy/completeness, within 24-48 business hours
after submission. Eligible and complete entries will then be uploaded by
the Convergys India team to the Father’s Day tab of the Convergys India
Facebook.
· Contestants
will receive a message after their photos have been uploaded by the
Convergys India team to the Father’s Day Contest tab on Convergys India
Facebook page.
· The entry with the highest numbers of votes will be declared as a winner.
· Winning entry will win a new mobile handset “Microsoft Lumia 640” from Convergys
· Results will be posted on Convergys India Facebook page on 30th June, 2015
· The
decision of Convergys India shall be final in all matters relating to
this contest and no correspondence in this context will be entertained.
Convergys India reserves the right to change these terms and conditions
of the contest and/or cancel the contest without prior notice.
· Winners
must claim the prize within 48 hours of the results being announced on
Convergys India Facebook. To claim the prize, winners should send a
direct message to Convergys India Facebook page. Any claims post that
will not be entertained. Convergys does not take responsibility for
unclaimed prizes. No purchase or payment of any consideration is
necessary to enter the contest.
· Fake Facebook profiles will be disqualified from the contest
· By
submitting an entry, each participant warrants and represents that
he/she is the sole owner of the photograph submitted in the contest and
that the photograph does not infringe on any third party’s intellectual
property rights, including copyrights, trademarks or other proprietary
or personal rights. Each participant also understands that by entering
and submitting the photo in the Contest, he/she grants to Convergys
India and its affiliates, a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive,
royalty-free, sub-licensable (through multiple tiers) right and license
to use, publish, reproduce, display, perform, adapt, modify, distribute,
have distributed and promote such content in any form, in all media now
known or hereinafter created, anywhere in the world, for any purpose.
· The Contest is open to all residents of India only.
· Eligibility requirements include a valid residential address, proof of age, contact number and e-mail id and Facebook account.
· Contest (hereinafter referred to as the "Contest/Promotion") is being organized by Convergys India.
