CanvasDoodle4 Contest - Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions govern the conduct of the Contest Micromax “#CanvasDoodle4”
henceforth will be known as the “Contest”, which is brought to you by
the organizer – Micromax Informatics Limited will be referred as
“Micromax”
- This contest is brought to you by Micromax Mobile and any participation in this regard is voluntary. This Contest is open for Indian residents except the employees and the family members of the Organizer, its associate companies, its advertising and promotional agencies and its auditors / executing agencies and their associate companies (“Contestant”). Minors are not allowed to participate in this Contest.
- This contest is open from 26th May’ 2015 on the official Micromax Twitter and Instagram accounts. The last day for participation is 28th May, 2015 till 11:59pm.
- All decisions with respect to this contest, including number of gifts and type of gifts, will be at the sole discretion of Micromax and the same will be final & binding on a non-contestable basis.
- Prizes are non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No cash claim can be made in lieu of prizes.
- Two winners will get the upcoming all new Micromax #Canvas Doodle4. One from each platform were the contest is being conducted
- Micromax shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered as a result of participating in this contest.
- Micromax reserves the right to withdraw and/or alter any/ all of the terms and conditions of this contest at any time without prior notice.
- Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi only. The existence of dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against Micromax.
- Micromax reserves the right to use all assets (content/images) that gets created with respect to this contest.
- To participate in the Micromax #CanvasDoodle4, the contestant needs to do the following:
Steps to participate:
1. Participants have to draw, click and share the picture of your Doodle based on the theme shared every day. Please ensure they are high res pics as they will be used as Social Skins. Also, enter/sketch/doodle your credits on it
2. One shortlisted doodle will be selected every day on the basis of creativity and will be utilize for creative purposes across all Micromax Social Platforms with the names of the participant
3. At the end of the contest period, one lucky winner from the 2 out of 3 most creative shortlisted winners will stand a chance to win a brand new Micromax Canvas Doodle4- this is too confusing. 1 winner on each platform after 3 days based on creativity and uniqueness

b) Multiple entries are allowed.
c) All participants must follow Micromax's official Twitter and Instagram accounts | https://twitter.com/
d) The final shortlisting of the winners will be at the sole discretion of Micromax & will not be contestable.
