- All individuals who answer both the questions correctly;

- Customer has to provide same mobile number through which he will be applying for Credit Card.
- Customer cannot exchange or get refund for the Prize received.
- Applications submitted through Snapdeal website/mobile site/mobile app only will be eligible for the Contest.
- Contest is valid from 00.00.00 hrs on 24th September, 2015 to 23.59.59 hrs. on 23rd October 2015 ("Contest Period")
- Winners will be randomly selected by Snapdeal amongst participants fulfilling eligibility criteria, after twenty (20) days of expiry of the Contest Period and decision of Snapdeal in this regard will be final and conclusive and no dispute/correspondence/communication will be entertained from the participants. One individual may be eligible for one Prize only.
- Winners will be contacted through SMS/email/mobile.
- The winner's name, registered address and registered phone number will be shared with a third party for the delivery of the Prize. The Prize will be delivered to winner's registered address only.
- Snapdeal is under no obligation to disclose the identity of the winners or to publish the same for any reason whatsoever.
- All taxes and expenses, if any, related to Prize shall be borne by the winners.

- If the Contest and/or anything to be done by Snapdeal or any other entity in respect of the Contest is prevented or delayed by causes, circumstances or events beyond the control of Snapdeal or any other entity, including but not limited to computer viruses, tampering, unauthorized intervention, interception, fraud, technical failures, floods, fires, accidents, earthquakes, riots, explosions, wars, hostilities, acts of government or other causes of like or similar or other character beyond the control of Snapdeal or the other entity/ies, then Snapdeal and/or the other entity/ies shall not be liable for the same to the extent so prevented or delayed, and will not be liable for any consequences.
- All disputes if any arising out of or in conjunction with or as a result of this Contest or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Courts in New Delhi only.
- The residents of the State of Tamil Nadu and wherever else prohibited by law, shall not be entitled to participate in this Contest.
