How to participate in this contest:
Make at least one purchase on the Amazon.in mobile application of a value more than INR 299.
On each day during the Contest Period, amongst the participants who make a purchase, one participant will be selected by a random draw of lots to answer a qualifying Contest question which will enable the participant to win a chance to receive 1Kg of 22 carat certified gold in such denominations or form as may be decided by Amazon in its sole discretion ("Prize").
The participant selected in accordance with the above will be required to answer a qualifying Contest question correctly within a time period which would be communicated to the selected participant by email, in order to be declared winner of the Contest.
If the selected participant does not respond back to the communication made by Amazon within 24 hours, or answers incorrectly, he/she shall not be eligible to be declared winner and shall be automatically disqualified from the Contest. Selected participant will also be required to prove his/ her age, and provide any other details and/or documents as may be required by Amazon within such period as may be required by Amazon, failing which they will be disqualified from the Contest. The selected participant agrees that there shall be no liability on Amazon in the event that a communication from Amazon does not reach such participant/ or is delayed on account of any reason whatsoever. In such cases, another participant will be selected by a random draw of lots who will further be required to answer the qualifying question correctly within a time period which would be communicated to the selected participant by email, in order to be declared winner of the Contest.
