Contest Date and Timing:
The #gaanafriends Facebook & Twitter Contest starts on Saturday, August 1st and ends on 2nd August. The winners will be announced on Monday, 4th August.
How it Works:
All participants must dedicate a song to their friend through Gaana App using the hashtag #gaanafriends
Prizes:
2 lucky winners to get smartphone
20 winners to get 1 year gaana+ subscriptions.
All winners need to Inbox with #gaanafriends their full name, mobile number, email address and complete address. Failure to do so within 7 days will forfeit the prize.
NOTE: Winner will be chosen randomly from the pool of eligible answers from Facebook and twitter both, and there will be no discrimination. Decision of the jury will be final.
Terms & Conditions:
(i) The terms & conditions of this contest can be changed at any point of time at the sole discretion of Times Internet Limited.
(ii) This contest is for citizens of India only.
(iii) All Prize-winners unconditionally agree (as a condition of accepting any prize) to the use of their name, one or more photographs of themselves and sufficient proof for establishing their identity of Indian citizenship.
(iv) Times Internet accepts no responsibility for person not able to complete participation due to any data loss, damage, delay, or due to any computer error in transit.
(v) Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. In the event of a prize being unavailable for any reason, Times Internet Limited reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.
(vi) Prizes must be accepted in the manner set out in the prize notification. In the event that any Prize Notification is returned as undeliverable or any Prize-winner fails to validly reply to a Prize notification within 7 days, Times Internet Limited reserves the right to disqualify the Prize-winner and select an alternative Prize-winner in accordance with the sole discretion of Times Internet Limited.
(vii) Entries must be made by the closing date and in the manner set out in the competition terms. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.
(viii) Unless otherwise stated in the Competition Terms, only one entry per person is permitted. In the event that Times Internet Limited discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that the same person has made multiple entries, such person and any entries made by them shall be disqualified and, if such entrant has already been selected as a Prize-winner, an alternative Prize-winner will be selected in accordance with the sole discretion of Times Internet Limited.
