Terms & Conditions
The rules listed below form the terms and conditions of the Luminous ‘#StayCoolWithLuminous’Campaign. Please note that by submitting an entry electronically, you are deemed to have agreed to and accepted these terms and conditions. This Campaign is administered by Luminous Power Technologies Private Limited, New Delhi (hereinafter‘Organizer’). The decisions of the Organizer for all matters relating to the Campaign shall be final and binding in all respects.
1. CAMPAIGN:
This Campaign named Luminous ‘#StayCoolWithLuminous’ shall remain open from July 27, 2015 to August 01, 2015 (both days inclusive) (the “Campaign Period”), and is sponsored by Luminous Power Technologies Private Limited, New Delhi, the Organizer.
2. ELIGIBILITY:
a) To be eligible for this Campaign, an individual must: (i) be a legal resident of-India; (ii) be of 18 years or above as on the date of Campaign and (iii) not be an employee of Autumn Advertising Pvt. Ltd. However the employees of Organizer or its affiliates or its agents are welcome to participate.
b) The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all persons participating in the Campaign (‘Entrants’). The Organizer also reserves the right to hold or withdraw the Campaign or change the rules at any time during the Campaign Period without any prior notice.
3. HOW TO ENTER:
(a) NO ENTRY FEE & NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter the Campaign, the Entrant must, during the Campaign Period, “Follow” the ‘My Luminous India’ page on www.Twitter.com;
(b) The Organizer will, from time to time, within the Campaign Period by tweet on Twitter, seek the Entrants’ tweets in relation to IPL matches. The Entrant must, within the Campaign Period, write an appropriate phrase in the tweets section in relation to the question asked. The Entrant, in order to register an eligible Entry, must use the hashtag #StayCoolWithLuminous in his/her Tweet containing the phrase.
(c) There shall be no restriction on the number of tweets an Entrant can send as long as they are relevant to the Campaign.
