- This contest is brought to you by Micromax and any participation in this regard is voluntary. This Contest is open to all Indian citizens or more residing in India except the employees and the family members of the Organizer, its associate companies, its advertising and promotional agencies and its auditors / executing agencies and their associate companies (“Contestant”). Minors are not allowed to participate in this Contest.
- This contest is open only for residents of Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu from 29th July, 2015 on the official Micromax Mobile Facebook page. The last day for participation is 30th July, 2015 till 11:59 PM.
- All decisions with respect to this contest, will be at the sole discretion of Micromax and the same will be final & binding on a non-contestable basis.
- Prizes are non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No cash claim can be made in lieu of prizes.
- 3 Winners get couple tickets to the SIIMA awards ceremony in Dubai.This trip is included for 2 night- 3 days stay for a couple- going to Dubai on 6th Aug and coming back on 8th Aug 2015
- The cost includes for the travel for 2 adults only
- Winners will be provided air tickets from their respective cities.
- Micromax shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered as a result of participating in this contest.
- Micromax reserves the right to withdraw and/or alter any/ all of the terms and conditions of this contest at any time without prior notice.
- Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai only. The existence of dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against.
12. The tickets don’t include the travel insurance monies
13. Company will provide the airport transfers + Hotel room(4 star hotel) + car arrangement to the venue. We will not be paying for anything extra which is not stipulated in this offer
14. Micromax will not be responsible for any last minute cancellation of the event / flights
15. The hotel cost will include hotel stay + breakfast menu + evening menu
16. Any last minute changes/ cancellation fee (done by the winners) have to be paid by the winners only
