Terms & Conditions for the contest:
1. The participants would have to take selfies with their Gelatos from Gelato Italiano and post it
in the comments section on the ‘Pinned-up Post’ on our Facebook page
(www.facebook.com/gelatoitaliano)
2. The winners will be chosen by Gelato Italiano and the decision will be final and binding.
3. Contest is open only on 19th July from 11.00 AM till 11.59PM.
4. The winners will be announced on the Facebook page via a post on 22nd July.
5. The winners will get free Gelato for 1 month. This means 1 scoop a day for 30 days.
6. The winner will have to provide their contact details to Gelato Italiano and the location of the
outlet of their choice. They will then have to go to the outlet and collect the free frozen dessert
scoop for the day. The outlet manager will verify the same using the contact details provided ie.
Mobile number.
7. Only one scoop can be redeemed in one day.
8. The offer is valid only on certain flavours. The same will be communicated via email to the
winner.
9. Obscene content will be disqualified.
10. Only those entries that are submitted in the comments section of the Contest Post will be
considered.
11. Only one entry per use will be considered.
12. Offer is valid only on the regular scoop.
13. Decision of Pan India Food Solutions will be final & binding.
14. The winner will have to carry his valid ID everytime he comes to take his Gelato.
15. The winner cannot transfer his Gift (Gelato) to any other person.
16. The winner cannot collect all or more than 1 Gelatos on a Single day.
17. The member will have to be a BFR member or register if not a member.
18. Winner will have to carry a copy of the Email everytime he wants to avail the free gelato.
