participat in NIVEA Lip’s BFF #bffmoments Contest, participants accept and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
This contest and the below Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of India and not offered outside India.
- NIVEA is holding a contest, “#bffmoments” (hereinafter referred to as “the Contest”) which is valid throughout India except in the states, where prohibited by the Public Gaming Act, 1867 or any other applicable law, from 1st September 2015 to 20th September 2015 (hereinafter called “Contest Period”);
- Indian citizens who are 15 years and above as of 20th July 2015 and are residing in India alone are eligible to participate in this Contest.
- To be eligible for this Contest, the participant must be a fan of the Official NIVEA India Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/NIVEA.in)
- Inhabitants of the States of Jammu & Kashmir, Tamil Nadu and any other State or Union territory where Public Gaming Act 1867 or any other similar legislation is in force though will be allowed to participate in the Contest , will not however be eligible for any prizes on their winning the Contest.
- Winners of the contest will be chosen by NIVEA.
- Objectionable comments if any posted by the participants will be removed or deleted or obliterated immediately without assigning any reason and which decision will be at the sole discretion of Nivea India’s jury or moderator appointed by it,
- Each winner would be given their NIVEA Lip care products. Prizes will be delivered within 30 days on their registered address shared by the winners winning the contest (hereinafter referred to as ‘Goodies). To be won on daily basis. These prizes cannot be redeemed for cash/points/prizes, cannot be clubbed with any other offer and are non-transferable.
- Any participant found using any unfair or illegal means will be immediately disqualified.
- All applicable taxes including but not limited to income (withholding) tax and any other statutory levy as may be applicable from time to time in relation to the Voucher shall be borne by the winner. The winner is solely responsible for any other expense related to the acceptance of the NIVEA Goodies & Movie Tickets and NIVEA INDIA or its associate companies shall not in any manner be liable or responsible for the same. - In the event that a winner is unreachable, ineligible, or fails to claim the prize in the time required, the winner shall forfeit their Voucher.
- This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. The participant is providing their information to NIVEA India and not to Facebook. By participating in the Contest, the participant hereby consents to the accessing of information, videos, and/or images of the user on Facebook by NIVEA India or its Digital Consultants for the purpose of this Contest.
- By participating in this Contest, participants agree to receive communication(s) from NIVEA India and/or its Digital Consultant relating to the Contest and participant unconditionally agrees not to make any claim or raise any complaint against NIVEA India and/or the Digital Consultants in this respect.
- All winners are subject to verification, including without limitation, verification of eligibility through checks as deemed appropriate by NIEVA India and complete compliance with these Terms and Conditions; NIVEA India reserves the right to verify the winner’s details either on its own or through its authorised agency / person and the winner shall provide all necessary assistance in such verification. In exercising this right, NIVEA India may ask the winner to provide any document or other form of evidence, and if evidence does not establish the same then NIVEA India, in its sole discretion, will have the right to disqualify the winner.
- In the event of any conflict or inconsistency regarding any instructions, rules and conditions on any advertising or promotional material relating to the Contest, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail over all such other instructions, rules and conditions.
- By participating in the Contest, each participant represents and warrants that he/she is legally competent to enter into binding contracts ( not by persons aged 15 years- the minimum age is 18 years to enter in to a binding contract) under applicable laws.
