These terms and conditions govern the conduct of the Contest “#MicromaxCanvasSpark” henceforth will be known as the “Contest”, which is brought to you by the organizer – Micromax Informatics Limited will be referred as “Micromax”
- This contest is brought to you by Micromax Mobile and any participation in this regard is voluntary. This Contest is open for Indian residents of 18 years of age except the employees and the family members of the Organizer, its associate companies, its advertising and promotional agencies and its auditors / executing agencies and their associate companies (“Contestant”). Minors are not allowed to participate in this Contest.
- This contest is open from 20th April’ 2015 on the <http://goo.gl/vRYhwB>. The last day for participation is 21st April, 2015 till 5pm.
- All decisions with respect to this contest, including number of gifts and type of gifts, will be at the sole discretion of Micromax and the same will be final & binding on a non-contestable basis.
- Prizes are non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No cash claim can be made in lieu of prizes.
- One winner will get the all new Micromax Canvas Spark smartphone (1).
- Micromax shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered as a result of participating in this contest.
- Micromax reserves the right to withdraw and/or alter any/ all of the terms and conditions of this contest at any time without prior notice.
- Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi only. The existence of dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against Micromax.
- Micromax reserves the right to use all assets (content/images) that gets created with respect to this contest.
- To participate in the #MicromaxCanvasSpark Contest, the contestant needs to do the following:
b) Follow the instructions as mentioned on the microsite.
c) Log in via your Twitter account on the microsite, answer the question with the hashtag #MicromaxCanvasSpark, and compete on the leaderboard
d) Multiple entries are allowed.
e) Participants with the maximum number of tweets and most innovative answers will be shortlisted.
f) RETWEETS will not be included as answers on the leaderboard.
g) At the end of the Contest Period, all Contest entries received by the Organizer during Contest Period will be considered for deciding Winners.
h) Only unique and quality entries will be eligible to win.
i) Spammers will be disqualified from participation.
j) The final shortlisting of the winners will be at the sole discretion of Micromax & will not be contestable.
